By accessing and using Vaultify Password Manager ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Vaultify is a password management service that allows you to store, manage, and access your passwords and other sensitive information across multiple devices. The Service uses end-to-end encryption to protect your data.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a master password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vaultify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We operate on a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we cannot access your encrypted data. However, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to your failure to maintain backups or protect your master password.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaultify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaultify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vaultify operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
